Kevin is a former U.S. Government program manager with 30 years of government service in the U.S., Europe, Central and South America and Asia.

Kevin is an expert strategic management instructor, facilitator and consultant. Since joining the Balanced Scorecard Institute he has led strategic planning and management workshops for numerous public, non-profit and private organizations in the Americas, Africa and Europe. He has recently successfully led facilitation and consulting efforts to create organizational-level strategic planning and management systems structured around the balanced scorecard for clients such as the US Department of Commerce, the YMCA of Houston, the National Marrow Donor Program, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin.
