We firmly believe that the balanced scorecard methodology, as it has evolved over the past 2 decades, represents current best practice in the overall management of companies and organisations of all types. Having observed many organisations’ unsuccessful attempts to develop balanced scorecard systems with insufficient knowledge and resources, BSA’s mission is simply to provide that knowledge and resources to organisations that wish to start on or continue with the development of a balanced scorecard management system, or who may wish to refresh and renew their existing system.
