Dr Michael Court
B.Ec, MBA, Ph.D.
Dr. Court has conducted his own management consulting practice since 1994. His principal consulting interests are in the strategic management of organisations and the development and implementation of balanced scorecard systems. Dr. Court’s early career was in accounting and economics in Adelaide.
He subsequently enjoyed a senior management career in both the public and private sectors, culminating with periods as Secretary of the SA Health Commission, CEO of Mutual Community Health Services, and CEO of Foundation SA. He is an adjunct senior lecturer in strategic management for the International Graduate School of Business.
Dr Court is a Balanced Scorecard Master Professional.
Dr Bob McDonald

|Prior to establishing BMcD Consulting, Dr McDonald was Director of Performance with a large regional public health service where he led the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard over a number of years. Since 2001, he has been involved in facilitating over 200 Balanced Scorecard workshops in a variety of settings in Australia, Asia and the Pacific. Dr McDonald also has extensive experience in program and service evaluation, organisational performance measurement and management, process improvement, and strategic planning. Based in Newcastle, Australia, he has been trained in cross-cultural communication and has lived and worked in Asia. Dr McDonald is a Balanced Scorecard Master Professional.|
Alan Fell Consultancy Ltd, UK
Alan is a leading internationally recognised and respected specialist in the Balanced Scorecard (“BSC”) and the wider discipline of Strategy Execution. He combines more than 30 years of performance management experience as a senior executive, management consultant and trainer.
After a successful career with a major UK commercial bank in London, at which he led one of the early BSC applications in 1993 - 96, Alan has been a consultant and trainer on the BSC and related disciplines for the last 15 years. His work spans a wide variety of business sectors and covers public training seminars, customised in-house training and management consulting in the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Execution. He has run over 300 workshops across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, East and South East Asia.
Dr Rod Oxenberry
BA, M Soc. Admin, Ph.D, AUA
|Dr Oxenberry retired as Head of the International Graduate School of Management at the University of South Australia in 2004. The School delivered graduate management programs in Australia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Switzerland. He has since practiced as an education and management consultant specializing in higher education recognition, leadership mentoring and management development. Dr Oxenberry has been Chairman of the South Australian Housing Trust and Chairman of the South Australian Reference Group for the Bureau of Migration, Multiculturalism and Population Research.|
B.Sc (Hons), MSc, MBA
Cornelius is a strategy and performance expert with more than 20 years' management and consulting experience. He has strong technical expertise in developing strategy, performance and evaluation frameworks and has supported leadership teams in international aid agencies, NGOs, NFP organisations, government entities and private sector organisations to build capacity for achieving sustainable social impact. He is in his final year of a Master of Evaluation course with the University of Melbourne.
Cornelius has facilitated the implementation of strategy and performance management systems in more than 20 government of Botswana entities. The Botswana Government intervention is a well referenced case study of a successful Whole of Government performance improvement program. More recently, he has led the successful implementation of an integrated strategy and performance management system for World Vision in Southern Africa across nine countries.
Through his experience in Southern Africa, Cornelius has a good appreciation of evaluation from a stakeholder perspective through commissioning and monitoring evaluations as well as using evaluation reports for maximum community benefit.
Abdul Rauf Alipuddin
|Rauf is a Senior Associate of Balanced Scorecard Australia. He is a Consultant/Advisor specialising in Strategic Planning, Information System or ICT Planning and Balanced Scorecard Development, Implementation and Training, with over 30 years working experience in telecommunications, IT, banking, project consultants, semi-government. Rauf has served both public and private sectors, including 30 years in senior managerial posts. Rauf has worked extensively with a leading Malaysian telecommunication company in various positions and projects/assignments, including Director for Strategy and ICT. Mining his vast experiences, Rauf has developed innovative, simple and practical management tools to develop Business Strategy, Strategy Map, BSC/KPI and Management/BOD Performance Dashboard/Deck for both public and private sectors. He can also develop new tools or/and customize the existing tools to meet customers requirement.|

Dr Paul Walsh
|Dr Walsh has extensive consulting experience across the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. He has worked with more than 20 implementations of the Balanced Scorecard and led one of the largest Balanced Scorecard deployments in Asia at the Central Bank of Indonesia. Paul has presented more than 200 public and in-house management development workshops on KPIs and the Balanced Scorecard and has been the lead developer and presenter on the Balanced Scorecard for CPA Australia. Paul’s book, The Measurement and Management of Strategic Change, Pearson Education (2005), chronicles many applications of the Balanced Scorecard in Australia. Paul is the Program Director of AGSM’s Balanced Scorecard practice.|
