How to Register

Registering for Balanced Scorecard Australia Courses, Seminars and Workshops

You may register for a course using the links at the bottom of this page. Please read the following information first.

1. Registrations must be made and paid for in full at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course dates.

2. Options for registering:
- For the fastest and most reliable registration service, please register online by following the link below ,  or
- Fill in the Registration form and mail it with your cheque to: Balanced Scorecard Australia, Level 40,140 William St, Melbourne, 3000.

3.  Payment Options
• Credit card: Immediate online payment can be made with a credit card during the registration process.
• Other acceptable payment options: electronic transfer of funds or payment by cheque.

4. Discounts
- Early bird registrations: Discounts of 10% are available for confirmed registrations made more than 45 days in advance.
- A discount of 10% is also available where more than one person from the same organisation attends a course.

5. Cancellations, transfers and refunds:
If you must cancel a registration, Balanced Scorecard Australia has the following cancellation and refund policy:
-  30 days or more before the start of the workshop: full refund.
-  Between 14 and 30 days before the start of the workshop: one-half refund or full credit towards an upcoming course
-  Less than 14 days before the event: full credit towards an upcoming course.
-  A $100 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations or transfers to a future course.

6. Cancellations by Balanced Scorecard Australia:
If Balanced Scorecard Australia is required to cancel a workshop for any reason, it will provide registrants with as much notice as possible and will promptly forward a refund cheque for the full amount.
