Overview

Balanced Scorecard Australia offers both introduction and certified training courses focused on best practice in strategic performance management and measurement, and building and implementing balanced scorecards.

Our comprehensive training program is designed for individuals and organisations that wish to commence or continue with the development of a balanced scorecard management system, or who may wish to refresh and renew an existing system.  Each course draws on the long consulting experience of the US Balanced Scorecard Institute in both the public and private sector, and the local experience of our Australian Associates.

BSC Training for Individuals

Balanced Scorecard Australia provides 2, 3 and 5-day training courses to assist in developing, implementing and maintaining balanced scorecard systems in organisations.   Learning is achieved through a rigorous combination of theoretical information, in-depth case study analysis, team problem solving and interactive discussions.  Courses are held in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.  For descriptions of the Introduction and Professional Certification courses please view the Course Catalogue.  For information regarding dates and locations, please refer to the Course Schedule. 

The introduction and all professional certification courses are all taught by highly experienced Balanced Scorecard Master Professionals.

Each course participant receives a bound set of course manuals and other supporting materials.

Specialised Workshops
